5/17/18 Beaded Beads

It is no secret that I love beaded beads! This week I made three pairs of beaded beads, two of which I know will end up being earrings. I am not sure what is going to happen with the other pair, I don't mind adding them to the many beaded beads I already have!

Two of the sets are Dodecahedrons made out of Rizo beads, and  larger beads are made with Infinity beads, drops, and 11's using the same technique as my "Dodecarizo" beaded bead which I have a tutorial for in my Etsy shop. It is amazing how the same technique can produce such different looking beads. I did make a couple of other beads this week, but two were too squishy to keep and one I broke a Rizo on. All of them will be cut up the beads reused.

Along with a little beading, I did dig out my collection of beaded beads including ones I wear and ones that I keep in a large jar. I honestly didn't get a great picture (I will do a better job next week) but I did get a picture that shows the scale of them :)

Honestly I looked at and dug the beads out for Gwen's Crater Moon but haven't had the motivation/courage to try it. I am weary of bugles, I have rarely worked with bugles. All bugle excuses aside, it is my challenge for next week. Wish me beady luck!
