4/26/18 Lisa Peters Art Cabs

This week I bead embroidered multiple Lisa Peters Art Cabochons. If you aren't familiar with her cabs visit her page and get ready because this post is gonna be full of cab photos! Of course these are my selection of her cabs, she has soooo many more, in a variety of styles and shapes!

I either finished or started and finished all of these this week! It was rainy and good for beading :) Have I mentioned that I have purchased a few of these cabs? It is a beady addiction of one of a kind art! Did I also mention that with every order (at least every order I have ever made with Lisa- I can't imagine I'm that special...) you get a freebie?! This blue cab with the flower was a surprise in an order!!! I made it into a brooch/pin. It isn't something that I have done often, but I felt like it was a brooch/pin.

I also finished this cute cracked flower cab. I had started it an shoved it into a drawer until this week. It is also a pin. I think I like making pins. I feel like they can be worn on anything. I also heard they are making a fashion comeback. *please read my disclaimer!

One more did I mention... Lisa also sells her cabs on her Facebook page sometimes. I bought this purple cab from a corner of a picture of a pile of cabs she was getting ready to list. I am keeping this one for my personal collection. It is a pendant with a peyote loop on the back.

Currently listed in my Etsy shop which doesn't include anything I made this week I have seven necklaces with LPA cabs in them! -Tell your friends ;) - One of them I will not be renewing again in August- it will be mine to wear! I am not going to say which one since I really want to keep the leaf too ;)

Next week I am going to continue with bead embroidery and finish/make some things with cabs (possibly LPA) that I have. Expect to see a few more pins!
